Please note that if you have selected the option to pick up your order from Johannesburg, you should wait for us to confirm that your order is ready as some items are not kept on hand!
Shipping and Shipping Costs
We endeavor to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible! Orders placed after 12pm will only be processed the following day.
We courier with The Courier Guy couriers direct to your home or business. Some items are excluded from the standard shipping rates, due to weight. Orders are completed within 48 hours, stock dependent. Delivery occurs anywhere between 24 – 72 hours, depending on local, main, regional or outlying areas. If the delivery address is remote and there are additional shipping costs involved you will be notified of the additional costs to pay and choose whether you wish to pay those or cancel the order. Please note we do NOT deliver to farms!
We sometimes source 3rd party items. In some cases there may be delays in getting the goods in, in this case you will be notified and given the option to wait for the order or cancel and receive a full refund.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Where possible please use a business address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without signature.
Undeliverable packages:
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Rivolt will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during this period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to proceed with your order for the Goods or cancel your order. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you with the purchase price.
